10. This is Japanese food.

I introduced about the Japanese foods until now. I introduce that I want everybody to know it once again.

Japanese food means dish of the Japanese style. The Japanese food is original developed food in japan.The history of Japanese foods began from Jomon period. Technique and how to make dishes were conveyed by the foreign country.
As you know, a fish and rice are Japanese representative food. Japan is blessed naturally.


The Japanese foods are popular in a foreign country. The Japanese foods are loved all over the world. Because Japanese food is good for health. Popularity improved the Japanese foods drastically under the influence of the Michelin Guide and the media. It is popular so that there are about 24,000 Japanese restaurants in the foreign country. At many restaurants, sushi is offered. Grilling foods on an iron plate to cook in front is popular abroad. The most popular food is sushi from a foreigner. They know that they become longevity by eating a fish.

The Japanese food has less oil than foreign food. And the Japanese foods are easy to take nourishment balance. This is because it uses vegetables and a fish and the bean. Nutritive value is high in seasonal ingredients and the naturally comfortable ingredients through the four seasons. Therefore it is prevented a disease and the lifestyle-related disease.


Do you know the manga? The manga are one of the Japanese culture. One of the kinds of manga has meal manga. Japanese foods boom was born in Japan of the 1980s, and meal manga were made. The animated cartoon which featured the theme of a meal is broadcasted in the present age. Please watch manga and an animated cartoon.

Japanese foods are not only popular food. The natto is not popular. Because the natto fermented, a look is bad, and a smell is bad. But the natto is a health food. The pickled plum is not popular, too. The pickled plum is food with the friendly feeling for a Japanese. But a foreigner does not like a pickled plum. Because taste is sour as for the pickled plum, it is unpopular. The pickled plum becomes the disease prevention and has an effect of relieving fatigue. The Japanese foods have much healthy food. Please do not dislike Japanese foods.


Japan is a very good place. There are a lot of place to see the sights of and  the scenic places. The Olympics are held in Tokyo in 2020. Please come to Japan. We welcome you. Please touch Japan even a little. Please taste Japanese foods. Japan will make you happy.

9. Popular Japanese food No.2

I introduce the dish which Japanese like.

Sushi is most popular food from Japanese. Japan is blessed naturally. Therefore a fish grows deliciously. The Japanese can eat deliciously by eating with wasabi and a gari. The sushi has less oil than other dishes.

Next, the popular dish is ramen. There are a lot of taste and kinds only for Japan. The ramen is said to be Class B gourmet. But the ramen is said to be a profound dish. You can eat anytime if hungry. It is a brief dish. The ramen has convenience food and it is popular. Depending on a shop, you can make ramen with yourself.


Next, the popular dish is soba. Soba is a simple dish. The soba has a special product in various parts of Japan. You can enjoy a texture and fragrance taste. It becomes delicious when you attach a leek and wasabi.

The foreign dish is popular, too. A hamburger steak and the steak are popular. The hamburger steak can make yourself favorite taste. A variation is abundant.
The steak can get feeling of satisfaction. You can take in much nourishment from a steak. The foreign food is popular with young generations. Meat dishes and a lot of oil dishes are popular. When the generation rises, a healthy dish is popular. The Japanese likes Japanese food and a foreign dish.

At my home, I eat Japanese food for breakfast. Lunch goes to the school canteen. I can eat Japanese foods and a foreign dish. The dinner has many foreign dishes. I eat the Japanese foods, but the ratio has more foreign dishes. When I go to eat an outside dish, I often eat Western food. I can say the same thing in most families.
The student cooks a brief dish. For example, pasta and fried vegetables. These are very simple and are a popular dish from a student. And students go for eating out well. The student go to the family restaurant and go to fast food. The student eats a foreign dish than Japanese foods.






The foreigner thinks that the Japanese eats Japanese food every day, but it is different. The Japanese loves Japanese foods. But the Japanese loves the foreign dish too. In this way, the food culture in Japan begins to change. Japan was the Japanese food-centered eating habits. But Japan introduced the foreign dish. Japan begins to change.

Why is my blog topic important for people in society?

My blog topic is Japanese food. I want people to know the good Japanese foods. I want Europe and America in particular and American people to know it. Why Japanese food is important? Because nourishment is high in the Japanese foods. And it is healthy food. Japan is surrounded by the seas and is endowed naturally. Life gets longer by using the abundant ingredients. The foreign dish has much oil. But Japanese food have little oil. This is to be healthy needs. Therefore a Japanese has little obese population. The Japanese foods prevent the lifestyle-related disease. The Japanese traditional food is miso. The miso is healthy and is popular from the foreign country. Besides, the traditional food which is good for health is popular in a foreign country. I think more foreign countries should introduce Japanese foods. Then, I think that people becoming healthy increase. There is difference in the food culture in Japan and the foreign country, but should review it. A good point is for Japanese foods and the foreign food each. It is good Japanese foods that I want to tell with this blog. Nourishment is high, and balance is good, and Japanese foods are natural rich ingredients. This of Japanese foods is important.
